| DISCOUNTS: 7th night free Ask about longer term rentals and off-season specials. Lower and Upper Chalet rates are for double occupancy. Add $25 each additional person. Entire Chalet rates are for occupancy up to 8. Add $25 each additional person. Coffee and tea are provided for all rentals. The kitchen is also well-stocked with sugar, flour, and spices. Continental breakfast with fresh home-baked breads and homemade jam is available for an extra fee. Rates do not include a 7.5% sales tax . |

Policies
- Smoking outside only.
- No pets, please.
- No children under 10 years of age unless booking entire house.
- A 50% deposit (cash or check) is required to secure your reservation. Our cancellation policy is a full deposit refund up to 30 days prior to reservation date. Full payment is due 30 days prior to reservation date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m. unless otherwise arranged.

We’re located just 5 minutes from downtown Homer, and 10 minutes from the airport.
Heading south on the Sterling Highway into Homer, turn left on Pioneer Avenue and go 1 mile through Homer’s little business district until you come to the blinking red light (Lake Street intersection where the road changes names to East End Road). Continue 0.6 miles on East End Road and take a left onto East Hill Road. Follow the scenic winding road uphill 1.6 miles and take a right onto Mission Road. Continue 0.6 mile to 1585 Mission Road - watch for the big Alpenglow Chalet sign on the right!
