| DISCOUNTS:
Entire chalet is for occupancy of 8; all other rates are for double occupancy. $10 discount for single occupancy. Add $15 each additional person for the B&B; add $25 each additional person for the cabin and chalet. Hearty continental breakfast provided at B&B with homemade sweetbreads, breads and jams; full breakfast available at an extra $5 per person. Rates do not include a 7.5% sales tax. Long term winter rentals available : Cabin: $900 per month plus utilities |

Policies
- Smoking outside only.
- No pets, please.
- No children under 10 years of age unless booking entire house.
- A 50% deposit (cash or check) is required to secure your reservation. Our cancellation policy is a full deposit refund up to 30 days prior to reservation date. Full payment is due 30 days prior to reservation date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m. unless otherwise arranged.
- A $200 cleaning fee and/or a damage fee may be charged if property is not left in good condition and damage free.
Alpenglow Chalet Directions
We’re located just 5 minutes from downtown Homer, and 10 minutes from the airport.
Heading south on the Sterling Highway into Homer, turn left on Pioneer Avenue and go 1 mile through Homer’s little business district until you come to the blinking red light (Lake Street intersection where the road changes names to East End Road). Continue 0.6 miles on East End Road and take a left onto East Hill Road. Follow the scenic winding road uphill 1.6 miles and take a right onto Mission Road. Continue 0.6 mile to 1585 Mission Road - watch for the big Alpenglow Chalet sign on the right!
Alpenglow B&B Directions:
We’re located just 10 minutes from downtown Homer, and 15 minutes from the airport. Heading south on the Sterling Highway into Homer, turn left on Pioneer Avenue and go 1 mile through Homer’s little business district until you come to the blinking red light (Lake Street intersection where the road changes names to East End Road). Continue 6 miles on East End Road and take a left onto Fernwood Drive . We are the 2nd house on the left, just after the intersection of Taku Ave. on the left. A wide gravel driveway leads to Alpenglow Bed and Breakfast – a one story cedar-sided house with green trim and roof at 40065 Fernwood Drive.
